The policy of Human resources management in Zeta Group is to ensure that the organization is able to achieve success through employees.HR professionals manage the human capital of an organization and focus on implementing policies and processes. They specialize in finding, recruiting, training, and developing employees, as well as maintaining employee relations or benefits. The success of Zeta Group is attributed to the talent of its employees. The Company wants to ensure we have a compliant and competitive hiring process to yield the greatest talent. Our policy of Human resources management is based on the following principles:

Recruitment stages

  1. Candidates who meet the requirements of the job are invited to the interview with Human Resources Department.
  2. Candidates who are suitable for requirements of the company position are invitedto the second interview with the general manager.
  3. The employees who demanded to the high positions are met with both the general manager and president of “Zeta Group”in the second interview.
  4. The last resolution is decided according to the consequence of the second interview.
  5. After the recruitment process,the Human Resources Department presents to candidates the list of the documents which are demanded.
  6. And the last stage consist offollowing: to write the recruitment application, to confirm the recruitment command, to sign the labor contact, to formalize on the E-government portal, to sign contact about financial responsibility.
  7. After recruitment process, the first month is considered the adaptation period for new employees.
  8. During the adaptation period,all the corporative information which is necessary for employee is informed by job manager and Human Resources Department.
